Natalie Bailey


Natalie began her television career in the  BBC Comedy Department where she was mentored by Armando Iannucci. Here she became a Producer and Director, later developing and making content for the launch of BBC Comedy Online.

After leaving the BBC she focused on directing, becoming Lead and Series Director on many comedies including the Emmy Award-winning David Hasselhoff comedy, Hoff The Record and BBC2s award-winning, political-comedy The Thick of It Series 4. Recently she has Guest Directed on Comedy- Drama’s Loaded for Channel 4/AMC and E4/TNT’s Gap Year. She was also Series Director on the critically acclaimed C4 series, Damned Season 2. 

Natalie joined the Princess team in 2015 to help develop and make comedy film and television programs for the Australian and International markets. She is currently finishing post on the new Peter Hellier and Lisa McCune comedy, How To Stay Married, for Network Ten. On this, Natalie has been part of the development team as well as Lead Director.
