We embrace this responsibility by encouraging radical imagination, creating boundary pushing projects that encourage new ways of looking at the world.

Our goal is to act as the bridge between highly creative people and the platforms that support their work. We produce scripted and unscripted comedy, premium drama, feature films, short form, scripted and unscripted podcasts as well as a looking for new ways into adult and children’s animation. Over the past 20 years we have been genre agnostic, following the story that hasn’t been told from the voice that has not yet been heard.

Princess was founded in 2003 by Laura Waters who produced all six of Chris Lilley’s shows for the ABC, BBC, HBO and Netflix. Today the partnership with Emma Fitzsimons has built a multi-purpose production centre, housing a team of smart, optimistic and ambitious people working in both live action and animation. We’ve produced for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, the ABC, Channel Ten, Adult Swim, Village Roadshow, YouTube, TikTok, Audible and been lucky enough to have partnerships with some of Australia’s most talented and uniquely creative people.
